And on to the new year…
Posted On December 31, 2005
There’s something about New Year’s that sparks a fire in me. I like thinking of the past year and how much happened and what I learned. It’s pretty profound. I hope that as I age- even if the years seem shorter I will always be able to have this kind of perspective.
I do have goals for the new year, but I hesitate to say what they are during this time of year. I don’t want to think “well, I smoked even thought it was my resolution to quit. Oh well, next year!” I guess I figure that if I’m going to make a resolution then it may as well be at any time of year.
I think this year I’m going to focus on nurturing myself and my relationships. That’s all i know so far.
Hope you all have a happy new year!

I also think new resolutions can and should be made at any time of the year, if you really do want a change.
Happy new year, I hope you have a great one. 🙂
I hope you had a great one too. Yes, resolutions should not be confined to one day of the year. I’m glad that you see that as well. 🙂
